ServiceMaster BioClean, the nation’s largest biohazard remediation and trauma cleanup company, is hiring a Field Supervisor for its Des Moines, IA location. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about helping people during times of tragedy and looking to grow in a dynamic, hands-on leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ Supervise biohazard remediation projects to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
📋 Accurately estimate project scopes, recommend solutions, and manage cleanup operations.
📄 Handle job documentation and oversee necessary paperwork.
💬 Communicate with customers empathetically and professionally.
🏗️ Actively assist the team in performing biohazard remediation tasks.
🔄 Ensure compliance with OSHA safety, IICRC standards, and company policies.
🚗 Respond to dispatch calls within one hour and be prepared for on-site supervision.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
✔ Must reside locally and be able to respond to service calls within an hour.
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
✔ Must complete ServiceMaster BioClean’s Field Learning Path within 30 days and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
⭐ Experience with XActimate software for project estimation.
⭐ Background in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction.
⭐ Military personnel, EMTs, and those with customer service experience are highly valued.
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
