Job Title: Field Support Engineer
Location of client : Client address for NY is - 3 Delaware Dr, New Hyde Park, NY 11042
Shift – Night Shift (From 6PM or 8PM)
Requirements
Their ID
Mention if they have car and they are willing to travel to office from car or not.
Their complete address - to check the miles from the office.
Are they flexible on working hours?
Should live within 10-20 miles from NY or Secaucas, NJ
They will be reimbursed for any travel to clinics or hospitals from office.
Able to start immediately and willing to fill BGV on the same day as I send them.
Please share a tracker of the candidates who are ok with these new timings. And having a car is a must. Please check that with candidate before submission.
a. SHift timings are going to be from 6 pm or 8 pm. Based on site requirements. Candidates will work 40 hours, but instead of 8 hrs * 5 days, sometimes it might be 4 days * 10 hrs. Flexibility in time needs to be adapted. Also, weekend shifts will be there. Eg: Working hours might be just thu, fri, sat and Sun.
b. They should not show any hesitation interms of travelling (in their car). though expectation is 40-50 miles, there might be some instances where they will be needed to drive 100-150 miles also.
Job Description
Support client workstations (e.g., video cards, drivers), printers, and peripheral equipment (e.g., USB devices).
Proactively and consistently communicate with clients and colleagues.
Accurately and promptly record all-time in our ticketing system.
Proactively manage ticket queue
Ensure all ticket notes and statuses are up to date.
Troubleshoot end-user technical issues and document all steps up through resolution.
Effectively multi-task to manage workload.
Collaborate on the improvement of operational effectiveness.
Document, take ownership of, and escalate issues.
Meet individual and team SLA targets.
As , this position is going to be onsite and would require them to travel to clinics or hospitals within a radius of 30 miles from reporting location on need basis.

Might be required to work in the night / holidays shift based on project requirement.
Will have to cover a radius (Max of 30-40 miles) from reporting location on need basis.
The role is crucial in providing helpdesk technical support. The candidates must be adept at troubleshooting and documenting issues effectively. This role is the first point of contact for all inbound service requests for PC, Apple, or infrastructure support.
