Cytiva, a leading player in the life sciences industry and a part of Danaher Corporation, is seeking a Plant Controller for its Pensacola, Florida site. As Plant Controller, you will act as the primary financial business partner to the Site Operations team. You will be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory controls, and driving financial insights that support key business decisions. This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing finance and a desire to lead with impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Site Management to provide accurate financial analysis, recommendations, and decision-making support

• Lead preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts, coordinating with Site Operations

• Conduct annual standard cost updates and analyze their impact

• Support cost reduction initiatives including productivity, quality improvement, VAVE, and PPV efforts

• Maintain and oversee cost accounting procedures and inventory control policies to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Provide detailed monthly financial and operational reporting, including manufacturing variances, absorption, inventory, headcount, labor utilization, and capital expenditure

• Monitor and manage capital expenditure, ensuring compliance with controls and timely asset capitalization

• Handle internal SOX and external audit requests and deliver site-specific financial analytics as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing finance environment

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and ERP systems

• Ability to analyze complex financial data and generate actionable insights

• Proactive and structured approach with a proven ability to consistently deliver results

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with production modules in ERP systems

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of driving financial performance improvement

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000 to $135,000 annually ($10000–$11250 monthly)
