We are seeking a Finance Manager for Data Center Infrastructure who will serve as a key strategic partner to our supply chain and data center operations leadership. This role focuses on financial planning, capital expenditure management, supply chain coordination, and strategic financial reporting to ensure capital efficiency and optimal investment as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capital Expenditure (Capex) Planning & Forecasting: Lead capital planning for data center infrastructure, including site builds, retrofits, and expansions. Build and manage complex financial models to forecast capital expenditures across multiple regions.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reviews, perform variance analyses, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Support long-range planning and scenario modeling for major investment decisions.

• Supply Chain Finance: Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to align capital commitments with delivery schedules, monitor supplier performance, lead time variability, and cost trends to support financial planning.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance financial and operational performance.

• Cost Optimization: Drive working capital efficiency by managing inventory, deposits, and vendor payment terms.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across product, capacity planning, and sales to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 6–9 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or supply chain finance within capital-intensive industries (cloud infrastructure, manufacturing, hyperscale environments preferred).

• Expertise in capital project accounting, lifecycle budgeting, and vendor management.

• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required; knowledge of NetSuite or Tableau is an advantage).

• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
