We are seeking seasoned Project Managers with proven expertise in managing financial services projects for a 12-month contract role, fully remote with occasional travel opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects within ETF-related investment workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Facilitate communication across teams, providing consistent status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and change management processes effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the investment/financial services space.
- Strong understanding of the asset management industry and related technology implementations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
