This career begins with comprehensive training and licensing support, advancing through a structured Career Development Program (CDP) to become a Financial Professional Associate. Upon completing the Pre-Contract and CDP Contract Associate phases, advisors transition to full-time roles focused on developing financial plans, building client relationships, and growing their practice.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Conduct thorough client financial assessments and develop tailored financial strategies.

  • Help clients prepare for long-term goals, especially retirement planning.

  • Create and present investment recommendations and portfolio strategies.

  • Continuously pursue learning and certifications to grow professionally.


Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred.

  • Prior sales experience or client-facing roles is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to network, seek new clients, and operate with entrepreneurial drive.

  • Desire for continuous learning and self-development.

  • Must complete required FINRA and state licensing, with exam costs covered by the company.


Training & Career Path:

  • Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate Phase: Study for licenses with company-paid resources.

  • CDP Contract Associate Phase: Part-time at $15/hour (or state minimum wage, whichever is higher).

  • Full-time Financial Professional Associate: Commission and bonus-based role with average first-year earnings of $50,000–$75,000.
