You will join Lake Effect Financial Consultants, a Thrivent team in Kalamazoo, MI, to guide clients—primarily Christians—on their financial journeys. You will help individuals and families achieve their financial goals through personalized strategies while embodying values of generosity and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a practice focused on faith-based financial advising.

• Provide comprehensive, actionable advice on insurance, investment, banking, and retirement planning solutions.

• Develop long-term relationships built on trust and understanding across generations.

• Grow your client base through your own network, referrals, and by delivering workshops and seminars.

• Collaborate with experienced advisors, specialists, and other departments to meet client needs.

• Exercise control over your schedule for work-life balance while striving toward income goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (military veterans encouraged to apply).

• Willingness to obtain required FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66 registrations, and state insurance licenses (life, health & variable contracts).

• Successful completion of a background check and fingerprinting.

• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
