Financial Analyst

OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Financial Analyst will be an important member of the Paramount DTC Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and will interact with many different groups within the organization. Primary responsibilities include assisting with the design and implementation of the new ERP system which will include, but not limited to data mapping, validation and collaborating with various development and integration teams to ensure a successful ERP implementation. The position has the added benefit of providing multiple growth opportunities both in the existing role and across the broader FP&A team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner and collaborate with development and integration teams in the design and implementation of the new ERP system
• Lead or participate in the data mapping and/or validation processes to ensure data accuracy within the new ERP system
• Assist with planning the migration of data from Oracle to new ERP system
• Assists others by furnishing information and helping with basic problem resolution
• Provide coverage for other team role responsibilities, as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• 2+ years experience in FP&A or equivalent quantitative roles
