Description:
The Financial Analyst, PSaS FP&A will have responsibilities across analyses, reporting, forecasting and in support of revenues and margins. Primary duties will be in support of analyzing and modeling industry impacts to PSaS. As a key financial liaison, the Financial Analyst will partner with the various team members across the FP&A and Pricing teams. This role will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Model generation of key business drivers for strategic planning. May include and is not limited to analyses on market trends, product movement, and on boarding of new customer contracts.
- Ad-Hoc analysis explaining business changes, candidates need to be able to think thru problems presented to management and determine what analysis answers their questions.
- Regularly review financial results and provide excellent analytics, accurate and clear variance explanations to FP&A Management and key business leaders.
- Clear and concise documentation of key assumptions and processes.
- Prepares reports and projections based on analyses.
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
- Maintains databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Aid in enhancing existing forecast models and processes.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
- Assist or prepare reporting packages that analyze variances and key business drivers.
- Recommend, develop, and implement process improvements as required.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2-3 years experience
