Equitable Advisors is actively seeking a Financial Consultant to join their New York City office. This role offers a unique opportunity to enter or grow within the wealth management industry, supported by one of the most respected financial advisory networks in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients through networking, consultation, and financial strategy.

  • Develop and implement personalized financial strategies based on client goals, financial conditions, and risk tolerance.

  • Recommend financial products and services tailored to each client's needs.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, tracking financial goals and portfolio performance.

  • Collaborate with top performers and mentors within the firm to accelerate your career path.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Must obtain or hold the following licenses: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 (sponsorship provided).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a values-driven mindset.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.


Training & Development:

  • FINRA Licensing Sponsorship provided.

  • 120-day Preliminary Employment Period (PEP) with hands-on training.

  • Access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning.

  • Ongoing mentorship and personalized coaching by local Vice Presidents.

  • Eligibility for Leadership Development School and professional designations like CFP®, ChFC®, and Holistic Financial Coach.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Sign-On Bonus: $250–$1000 based on completion of licensing during PEP.

  • Stable Pay: $34,500 annually (based on a structured 40-hour week) for up to 24 months after PEP.

  • Total Earnings Potential: Up to $125,000+ annually with commission and bonus.
