The associate's key responsibilities will include:

• Support the onshore operations team in the daily cashiering of premium for new annuity sales
• Review daily reconciliation reports to identify out of balance conditions within the annuity admin platform
• Document process and procedures of cashiering controls
• Analyze problem cases and decide on the best approach for resolution
