Key Responsibilities:

📊 Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.

• Analyze financial performance including profit and loss statements, gross margins, and key performance indicators.

• Identify trends, variances, and emerging financial risks; deliver actionable insights and strategies for profitability enhancement.

📈 Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in alignment with corporate goals.

• Provide ongoing monitoring of financial performance versus projections, recommending course corrections where needed.

• Support scenario planning and what-if analyses for business agility.

⚙️ Operational Financial Support:

• Work cross-functionally with various departments to optimize financial operations.

• Support project planning by forecasting revenue and expenses; ensure staffing and operational expenditures align with business needs.

• Deliver financial support for capital investments, cost management, and ROI analysis.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO in financial planning, investment decisions, and long-term business strategies.

• Collaborate closely with account executives and sales teams to assess client-related financial metrics and business impacts.

📐 Compliance & Process Optimization:

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory standards.

• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, tools, and systems, increasing efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

• Champion best practices in data integrity and financial governance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in senior financial planning and analysis roles, preferably in fast-paced and growth-oriented environments.

• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, corporate finance, and management reporting.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional environments.

• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
