This confidential client is on an ambitious path to increase their EBITDA from $105 million to $300 million and aiming to boost revenue from $650 million to $2 billion. This role is crucial for driving financial strategy and supporting aggressive expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and optimize financial frameworks to scale with the company’s growth trajectory.
• Manage a new ERP system implementation, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Provide insightful financial reporting that aids in stakeholder decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a senior FP&A role in construction or building materials.
• Strong background in managing substantial financial growth within large, complex organizations (privately or publicly held).
• Expertise in ERP software, preferably with direct experience in Anaplan or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability in investor relations, with a knack for synthesizing financial data into strategic insights.
