As a Financial Professional / Wealth Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families achieve financial wellness through personalized strategy development, wealth planning, and long-term financial goal setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong client relationships through consistent engagement, networking, and portfolio management.

• Develop and implement customized financial strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.

• Educate and consult clients on suitable financial products and services.

• Monitor client progress and adjust financial plans as needed.

• Participate in training programs, mentorship initiatives, and joint work opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and experience.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• State Life & Health License, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (FINRA sponsorship provided).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to have a lasting impact on clients' financial futures.

• Ability to collaborate with top performers and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Training & Development:

• 120-day Preliminary Employment Period (PEP) with hands-on training.

• FINRA sponsorship for required licenses.

• Access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University and Leadership Development School.

• Personalized coaching from a local Vice President.

• Opportunities to pursue professional designations (CFP®, ChFC®, Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Sign-On Payment: $250–$1,000 upon signing PEP agreement.

• Stable Pay: $34,500 annually (based on 40-hour workweek) for up to 24 months.

• Incentives: Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

• Benefits Package: Includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), ESPP, and transportation incentives, subject to program terms.
