Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education and financial product solutions to public sector professionals.

  • Help clients plan for and protect their financial futures.

  • Build long-term relationships centered on trust, integrity, and goal achievement.

  • Participate in training, joint-work engagements with senior partners, and targeted specialization opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Four-year degree preferred, but not required.

  • Willingness to obtain state Life and Health insurance licenses and pass the FINRA SIE exam prior to onboarding.

  • Company-sponsored pursuit of FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Compensation Structure:

  • PEP Phase (first 120 days):

    • Sign-on payment of $250–$1000.

    • Earn 100% commission on products sold.

    • After 90 days, access to health insurance (self-paid).

  • Post-PEP Phase:

    • Choose between a $24000 base salary + reduced commissions + bonuses or full commission with bonus.
