Description:

EY is seeking a talented Tax Senior for International Tax and Transfer Pricing within its Financial Services Organization (FSO). The role focuses on providing high-quality advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients in banking, capital markets, wealth and asset management, and insurance sectors.

As part of the International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team, the Tax Senior will handle transfer pricing planning, documentation, and controversy matters, focusing on intangible property, supply chain planning, and cross-border transactions. This position requires strong analytical and quantitative skills to deliver tailored tax strategies and compliance solutions for prestigious global clients.

The selected candidate will:

  • Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial models to client challenges.

  • Prepare documentation, assist in Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs), and support audits.

  • Develop and present innovative tax strategies while coordinating with global teams.

  • Build strong client relationships and advise on global transfer pricing compliance.

  • Mentor and coach junior team members while contributing to team growth and development.

This position offers significant exposure to international tax regulations, cross-border economic analysis, and financial modeling, providing an opportunity to build expertise in a fast-evolving regulatory environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, management, policy analysis, or a related field.

  • Master’s, law degree, or CPA preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing or international taxation.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model (40–60% in-person client engagement).

  • PhD in relevant discipline (preferred).
