This leadership role demands a strategic, results-oriented individual with deep domain knowledge and a successful track record in enterprise sales and relationship management.
You will be responsible for developing key client relationships, securing long-term contracts, and delivering customized digital transformation solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across geographies including the USA, Brazil, and India, with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting.
Engage with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives to understand their unique business challenges.
Customize solutions and digital roadmaps aligned to client-specific goals and regulatory frameworks.
Deliver compelling presentations and lead contract negotiations for high-value, multi-year deals.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor strategies.
Consistently exceed sales targets while fostering long-term partnerships with major financial institutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience selling large-scale, multi-year professional services contracts in banking, fintech, or payments.
Proven ability to work with senior financial stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Experience in delivering varied engagement models including Onshore, Nearshore, Offshore, and blended teams.
Strong communication, sales strategy, and contract negotiation skills.
Proficient with CRM systems, email automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
