Full Job Description
As a Financial System Leader you will be responsible for the overall performance and operating efficiency of the financial reporting systems. You’ll be using your expertise while being responsible of the Financial system Team, Financial System Changes analysis, Master data management, and Master data Creation.
Reporting to the Global Financial System Manager, you’ll be joining a Global Team. This role is based in Grand Rapids, MI, but can be virtual and remotely based.

- Manages the integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of the financial reporting systems.
- Partners with Finance Stakeholders as the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business to deliver value.
- Document the flow of existing processes and identify the dependencies and integration points to assess, identify and drive efficiencies.
- Responsible for meeting critical financial deadlines for month-end close, forecast, and budget.
- Mitigate risks to the organization through effective problem solving.
- Assists in developing training documentation to help educate the organization.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business
- Related field 3-5 years of experiences in finance & Accounting -Financial system understanding as Anaplan BPC SAP
- Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Desirable knowledge of SAP and experience working with systems as logical thinking to understand how they work in the backend
- Logical thinking to understand how systems works and connect between them understand how the data flows thought the systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented
