Description:

CyberCoders is seeking a qualified and experienced Fire Sprinkler RME-I Inspector to join their team in Houston, TX. This role involves performing inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs of fire sprinkler systems to ensure full compliance with NFPA standards and local fire safety codes. The inspector will play a crucial role in safeguarding residential, commercial, and industrial facilities by maintaining the operational efficiency of fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of fire sprinkler systems in compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations.

  • Perform testing, routine maintenance, and necessary repairs to ensure proper system functionality during emergencies.

  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, maintenance actions, and completed repairs for clients and management.

  • Coordinate with contractors and clients to schedule inspections and maintenance services.

  • Stay updated with evolving industry regulations, codes, and safety standards related to fire protection systems.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding fire sprinkler systems.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree/certification in fire protection preferred).

  • Active NICET Level II RME-I license required.

  • Solid knowledge of NFPA standards and relevant local fire codes.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow strict safety guidelines.

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing projects effectively.
