Description:
The Fleet Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing fleet regulatory compliance requirements related to emissions reductions and decarbonization.
This individual will have exposure to Frito-Lay and Pepsi Beverages North America senior Supply Chain leadership team. A successful candidate will bring a supply chain or engineering background with experience in policy reporting. This role will support the Better Together Fleet organization, bridging fleet strategies across the PepsiCo organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage fleet regulatory programs to deliver 100% compliance with the HQ Fleet Regulatory Compliance Plan (ACF, WAIRE, CTC, and related programs).
- Ensure PepsiCo maintains compliance with federal, state, and local fleet emissions regulations.
- Oversee external consultants, LCFS brokers, and vendors (e.g., TRC, Motive Energy), including budget oversight.
- Lead grant compliance and support identification and submission of new grant opportunities in partnership with Economic Development.
- Serve as the HQ partner for Fleet field teams and cross functional groups; develop communications, quarterly updates, and training materials.
- Partner with Government Affairs to support PepsiCo’s position on transportation and fleet legislation.
- Lead SmartWay fleet data compilation and annual submission.
- Integrate regulatory requirements into PepsiCo’s EV, alternative fuel, and infrastructure deployment strategy.
Compensation and Benefits:

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Management preferred.
- Experience with CARB or California fleet regulations strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple time sensitive deliverables.
- Excellent executive communication and comfort navigating policy heavy topics.
- Experience in compliance reporting, data management, or sustainability programs is a plus.
- Travel up to 10% required
