Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, the Floor Manager will oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and refined experience for all members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in luxury hospitality and will lead with professionalism, passion, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support daily FOH operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Oversee service flow, guest interactions, and table management for optimal experiences.

• Supervise and motivate the service team, promoting a collaborative and positive team culture.

• Handle guest inquiries, issues, or complaints with professionalism and grace.

• Work in coordination with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and smooth service execution.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with NYC regulations.

• Contribute to staff training, shift scheduling, and ongoing operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in fine dining or luxury hotel environments.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.

• Proficiency in POS systems, reservation tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

• Possession of a valid NYC Food Protection Certificate.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
