Biancofiori Masonry is expanding and seeking experienced Foremen to join our teams in Lafayette and Indianapolis, IN. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Participate in pre-construction and coordination meetings to align project goals.

• Develop and oversee build sequences with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Manage daily site operations, including manpower, materials, and equipment coordination.

• Submit daily reports detailing project progress, forecasts, and production updates.

• Communicate effectively with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Field Operations.

• Enforce safety regulations, including PPE requirements and incident reporting.

• Assist with new hires and provide feedback on crew performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in masonry or construction leadership.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to plan ahead and adapt to project changes.

• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
