• Strong hands-on Python development
• Generative AI / LLM application development
• OpenAI / Claude Agent SDK or comparable LLM APIs
• Agentic AI, orchestration & MCP integrations
• Prompt engineering & context management
• RAG, embeddings, vector databases & semantic search
• AI evaluation, hallucination testing & output validation
• APIs, databases, cloud services & enterprise integrations
• Strong stakeholder-facing and consultative skills

⭐ Preferred

• Financial Services / Banking / Capital Markets experience
• Fixed Income, Trading, Sales, Risk or Operations domain knowledge
• AI governance, model risk, compliance & data privacy
• Forward-deployed, consulting, client engineering or technical delivery experience
