We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with 3–6 years of experience to work directly with portfolio companies, deploy agentic software into live operations, and own solutions from problem identification through production deployment and stabilization.
This is a Palantir-style FDE opportunity focused on hands-on engineering, agentic AI, production systems, and real business outcomes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Embed directly with portfolio companies to understand operations and identify high-impact opportunities for agentic software.
Build and deploy production agentic AI solutions, including integrations, prompts, evaluations, and UI experiences.
Operate and continuously optimize deployed systems, including autonomy tiers and outcome tracking.
Work directly with portfolio company leadership and build trust with non-technical stakeholders.
Translate operational and business problems into practical technical solutions.
Develop reusable deployment patterns and playbooks across portfolio companies.
Own the full lifecycle from problem discovery → development → deployment → operations → stabilization.

🛠️ Required Skills
3–6 years of professional software engineering experience
Full-stack development using TypeScript or Python, React, and SQL
Production experience with LLM or agentic software
Experience with evaluations, autonomy gating, and outcome tracking
Ability to independently build and ship production software
Customer-facing, embedded, Solutions Engineering, or deployment-focused experience
Strong understanding of business operations and ability to interpret a P&L
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to work on-site in NYC
Comfortable with frequent travel
