This position offers equity compensation in the company during the initial phase and a transition to a paid role after 2–3 months, contingent on performance and mutual fit. Candidates must be ready to contribute their expertise, time, and, ideally, some financial commitment to help scale Telehire.Ai’s U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with existing founders to design and execute growth strategies for the U.S. market.

• Contribute to product development, including AI model design, integration, and deployment.

• Lead or support marketing, business development, or technical initiatives depending on your specialization.

• Participate in industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy formulation.

• Drive user acquisition and retention through creative, data-driven campaigns and partnerships.

• Assist with fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning (for finance-focused candidates).

• Organize and lead events, community outreach programs, and brand awareness initiatives.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with early customers, investors, and strategic partners.

Preferred Backgrounds:

Telehire.Ai welcomes candidates from diverse professional areas who can bring strategic value to the leadership team, including:

🔹 AI Engineering & Product Development

• Experience with LangChain, Llama3, OpenAI, or NVIDIA’s LLM models.

• Background in machine learning engineering, NLP, or AI application deployment.

• Understanding of model fine-tuning, data processing, and end-to-end AI pipeline development.

🔹 SaaS & Growth Strategy

• Proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, or go-to-market strategy.

• Ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow automation and product scalability.

• Expertise in customer lifecycle management and product-led growth models.

🔹 Finance & Operations (CFO Track)

• Background in venture capital, startups, or finance leadership.

• Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or equity structuring.

• Strategic understanding of early-stage financial modeling and startup capitalization.

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and AI-driven transformation.

• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to contribute both time and expertise in exchange for equity during the initial unpaid phase.

• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams preferred.

Compensation & Growth:

• Initial Period: Unpaid for 2–3 months (contributing time and effort toward product launch).

• Equity Offered: Founding-level equity stake in the company based on role and contribution.

• Post-Probation: Potential for a paid full-time position once mutual fit and performance are established.
