Our client, an early-stage healthcare AI startup, is looking for senior full-stack engineers who can own major product areas from roadmap and architecture through deployment and production operations.

What the client is looking for:

5–10+ years of full-stack engineering experience
Experience building and launching products from zero to one
Strong frontend and backend development experience
Strong system-design and architectural decision-making skills
Experience managing AWS or another major cloud platform
Experience building production AI or LLM-powered features
Advanced experience using Claude Code or Codex, including parallel agent sessions, custom rules and multi-agent workflows
Startup or top-tier technology company experience
A high-ownership mindset and the ability to work without waiting for detailed instructions
