We’re building something bold at Secure AIs — a next-gen AI enablement platform for enterprises that integrates compliance, governance, and data protection into every AI workflow. Backed by traction, brand-name clients in the pipeline, and partnerships with global consulting firms, we’re entering a phase of rapid technical execution.

🔍 What We Need:

A fractional CTO (remote-friendly, ideally Europe or US-based) with serious engineering leadership under their belt — someone who has:

• Scaled B2B SaaS products (ideally in regulated industries like finance, healthcare, or gov)

• Led technical teams (startups or enterprise innovation labs)

• Built or architected secure AI/data infrastructure

• Experience mentoring junior engineers/interns

💼 Your Mission:

Lead a talented team of 15+ interns across AI, backend, and cybersecurity. Guide weekly sprints, own the technical vision, and help us transition from prototype to robust product. You’ll be the north star for our technical execution and culture.
