The Role: Fractional General Counsel

You’ll serve as outsourced GC to one or more clients, supported by a full team of U.S. and PH-based attorneys, paralegals, and legal ops pros. Your focus? Strategic, high-impact legal work, without the firm politics, billable quotas, or solo-practitioner isolation.

What you'll actually do:

• Advise executives, boards, and business leaders like a true in-house partner
• Lead internal investigations, employment issues, and pre-litigation strategy
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across SaaS, licensing, commercial, and employment
• Run point on capital raises, M&A diligence, and post-close integration
• Supervise offshore attorneys and leverage legal tech to scale smarter
• Collaborate across deals, disputes, and ops, with a full team behind you

What We Look For

• 10+ years of in-house legal experience
• GC, AGC, or senior corporate counsel experience
• Must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. or European Union
• Strong communication chops—clear, practical, business-first
• Experience with transactions, employment, or investigations preferred
• We hire grown-ups who play well with others

No book? No sweat.

If you’ve been in-house, we get it. You were probably too busy doing the actual work to build a “portable book.” We don’t expect you to walk in with clients—just with competence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn how BD works around here. Some of our GCs bring their own work. Others let us pitch and show up ready to shine. Either way, you’ve got a team behind you.
