Description:

to apply for this position you must have a min 5 years of franchise QSR sales experience with a proven record of closing deals

Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, portal leads, and working with networks, attend trade shows as well as incoming lead follow-up

Identify lead sources and manage the programs that generate leads

Prospect, generate leads, deliver presentations, host discovery days

Prepare and execute the five-year strategy for existing and new franchise growth
Maintain franchise criteria for the selection process, financial requirements, and operational goals
Source, track and maintain leads for potential franchisees
Identify, screen, and present qualified external candidates to join the brand as new franchisees
Assess operational and financial capabilities of existing franchisees to help them grow with the brand
. Develop broker relationship in domestic and international markets

Identify, analyze, and target new adjacent geographical markets
Manage and support all phases of the franchise development process, including market planning, site selection, and supporting the real estate department in identifying and approving new locations
Maintain effective franchise communications in partnership with Franchise Operations
Administer new and existing franchise agreements, area development agreements, and contract renewals
Help ensure and enable the long-term success of all franchisees in the system
Continue to build on a desirable and highly profitable franchise business model
Conduct or assist in the presentation of the advantages, benefits and salable features of owning a franchise
