Description:
The Manager, Content Delivery is responsible for managing the day-to-day Content Delivery and Traffic workflow tasks and coordination of assigned projects. This role ensures that all project responsibilities are accurately executed, tracked efficiently and deadlines are met while facilitating smooth communication and collaboration among various internal and external departments and clients.

Salary Rate: $2000 - 2500/weekly
Contract Length: 4 weeks
This role is hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Skills And Competencies
- Collaborates with internal Brand teams to understand and fulfill integrated Content
- Delivery and Traffic needs and set protocols for assigned accounts
- Manages routing, negotiation, and communication of agency Legal and US/Canada/Global Network clearance.
- Obtains and QC’s accurate substantiation for applicable commercial claims and clearly communicates Network clearance feedback to internal teams and IAT partners
- Maintains great working relationships with Media Partners, Network/Platform S&P and Traffic teams as well as with distribution and storage vendors
- Understands integrated media buys and can translate info to manage production and traffic deadlines as well as to generate clear and accurate traffic instructions
- Manages production of translation and transcreation needs for supers, disclaimers and vo captioning/subtitles as needed
- Assigns CIDs (ISCI/Ad-IDs) codes and implements proper file naming taxonomies for all final video and audio assets (broadcast, digital, social, audio etc)
- Builds final deliverables document and specs (broadcast, digital, social, radio etc) with Production for the post house
- Ushers master upload communication as well as QC confirmation with distribution vendor
- Manages digital and social embedded captioning and .SRT transcoding by campaign, and trafficks final assets to the appropriate internal and media teams
- Trafficks final digital, social and audio assets to media partners per media plan
- Understands distribution rate cards, prepares quarterly dub/ship estimates and generates
- POs for all broadcast distribution and digital/social production orders, per planned media buy and approved client rotations
- Prepares quarterly storage estimates and manages collecting production elements for final client storage
- Reconciles vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Monitors open jobs for overages/underages; when needed immediately advises Brand teams and revises estimates accordingly
- Grants final closure approval of all dub/ship, traffic and storage jobs to Finance; along with Brand team
- Collects, distributes and retains copies of all Traffic documentation associated with each campaign on department server
- Liaisons with Business Affairs and Talent Payment Managers to provide timely and accurate use reports for talent payment
- Manages the day-to-day workflow of commercials
- Enforces adherence of quality standards for the agency as set forth by Traffic Director
- Keeps apprised of industry standards and technology as related to the role and agency.
- Shares knowledge with fellow Traffic team
- Participates in departmental staff meetings
- Attends interdepartmental briefings as needed
- Keeps Content Delivery Director apprised of work status

- 5+ years of integrated agency content delivery, traffic and network clearance experience

- Sprinklr, 4C and Social Ads manager is a plus.
