Known for its bold, joy-inspiring designs, BaubleBar products are featured in over 8,500 retail locations worldwide and sold direct-to-consumer. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of a globally recognized brand by enhancing product images for eCommerce and wholesale distribution.

As a Photo Retoucher, you will collaborate closely with BaubleBar's photographers, Senior Retoucher, and the broader creative team to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals across all platforms. You will be responsible for retouching product and model images, maintaining brand aesthetics, and ensuring color accuracy and image clarity. This position demands efficiency, technical precision, and a strong eye for detail, especially under tight deadlines and fast-paced conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Retouch product still life and on-model imagery for eCommerce platforms and wholesale partners.

• Maintain consistent image quality, style, and color fidelity across product categories.

• Enhance images while ensuring a natural and authentic look in line with brand aesthetics.

• Rename images and products per brand guidelines.

• Navigate internal file systems efficiently, following detailed workflows.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

• Communicate regularly with the creative team, exchanging feedback and updates.

• Stay abreast of the latest industry retouching tools and techniques to improve output.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional freelance eCommerce photo retouching experience.

• Strong portfolio with before-and-after examples showcasing your retouching expertise.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop with proficiency in color correction, masking, and image enhancement.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sensibility to uphold brand standards.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Capture One is a significant advantage.

• Understanding of eCommerce image standards and digital asset management practices.

• Experience in retouching jewelry, fashion, and accessories is highly desirable.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of image assets.

• Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
