Front Desk Associate

Description:

Pursuit Collection is seeking a Front Desk Associate for its Grouse Mountain Lodge summer operations. The role focuses on providing exceptional guest experiences in Whitefish and Glacier National Park by assisting with check-ins, offering information about local attractions, and supporting overall lodge operations. Housing accommodations are available, and the position includes access to Pursuit attractions, dining, retail discounts, and wellness resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests enthusiastically and ensure a welcoming experience

• Register and assign rooms, maintaining knowledge of room availability for walk-ins

• Communicate with housekeeping about room readiness, arrivals, and departures

• Provide information on lodge services, local attractions, and entertainment

• Offer assistance to guests and teammates as needed, acting as a utility player for various duties

• Maintain high standards of cleaning, safety, and guest service

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities:

• Previous front desk experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and commitment to team and guest satisfaction

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Kind, flexible, and ready to handle varied situations

• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance

• Positive attitude and readiness to engage in a fun, dynamic work environment
