Description:
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and staff. Your role will include greeting guests, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. This position will be a 1-month contract that will go throughout the month of December.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
- Support other departments with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
