Description:
JRD-CPA and its affiliated companies are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist to provide efficient front desk coverage and administrative support across multiple business entities. This vital role ensures smooth office operations by serving as the first point of contact for clients and guests while managing phone systems, appointments, and clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and visitors warmly and professionally
Operate and manage a multi-line phone system across affiliated businesses
Screen calls, take accurate messages, and route them to the appropriate staff
Schedule and manage usage of conference rooms
Assist with client check-ins and coordinate appointment scheduling
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, scanning, and filing
Maintain organized physical and digital client files
Monitor office supplies and alert team when restocking is required
Ensure cleanliness and order throughout the office
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to efficiently manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-first demeanor
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in message-taking and data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with scheduling tools and document management systems is a plus
