MBK Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver to join its compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors through exceptional care and service. This position is located at The Bluffs at Hamilton Hill and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives through attentive care and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, and mobility support while maintaining their dignity and independence.

• Respond promptly and kindly to resident needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.

• Support residents during mealtimes — helping with meal selection, serving, assisting with eating, and clearing tables.

• Transport residents safely to and from meals, activities, and appointments, following all safety and transfer protocols.

• Conduct regular safety checks and monitor residents’ wellbeing, reporting any changes in condition immediately to supervisors.

• Encourage residents to participate in life-enriching activities, household tasks, and community events to promote engagement and joy.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including incident reports and care charts, as per company standards.

• Manage oxygen tanks and concentrators as prescribed and trained.

• Uphold community cleanliness and assist with laundry, housekeeping, and other supportive duties as needed.

• Participate in fire drills, safety checks, and other emergency procedures to ensure a safe environment for all residents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum age 18, with valid work authorization in the U.S.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Caregiver certification preferred but not mandatory.

• Current First Aid certification required.

• Must pass background checks and provide a recent negative TB test result (within 6 months or 7 days of employment).

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

• Compassionate, patient, and capable of providing excellent resident-centered care.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs and pushing up to 150 lbs unassisted.

• Availability for the assigned shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
