Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Director of Nursing for our esteemed client in Eagle Grove, Iowa. This is a permanent position with day shift availability.
 

• Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and provide high-quality patient care.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining excellence in nursing services.
   

Education And Certification Requirements:
 

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
