Fulfillment And Customer Service Associate

 

Description:

This role is integral in supporting Nyssa’s operational efforts, working to ensure seamless packing, fulfilling and product management. As well as respond to customer service needs in a timely, professional, and empathetic voice in reflection of the values of Nyssa. This role will include the following tasks:

 

  • Quality control, packing and bundling orders including, folding, packing into pouches, tagging, building of kits and bundles, and preparing cases as necessary.
  • Communicating and updating inventories in Nyssa inventory management software. Coordination with Shopify when required and managing/taking monthly inventory counts.
  • Returns and Exchanges coordination.
  • Sample execution. Managing any sample order in Shopify and fulfilling in a timely manner.
  • Courier coordination including tracking claims, scheduling pickups and following lost items.
  • Platform proficiency in Google Drive, Gmail, general web navigation. Expectation to comfortably work in EDI, Amazon, Gorgias, Shippo, Shopify, Marketplace Portals, GS1 and inventory software- training and support will be provided.
  • Amazon fulfillment including restocking, creating and tracking inbound shipments and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Inbound product shipment coordination from vendors.
  • Organization, restocking, maintaining and cleaning of supplies, packing and fulfillment materials.
  • Drop off to USPS, UPS and FedEx daily, of packed goods.
  • Understanding and proficiency with the Nyssa catalog and sku breakdown.
  • Barcode labeling of products, scanning and organization.
  • Product spec detail management and auditing, including monitoring a spreadsheet with weights and dimensions of each product, and verifying that Shopify and Shippo maintain correct information.
  • Inventory management of fulfillment supplies and packing goods. Communicating supply needs and reordering when necessary.
  • Order Fulfillment on a regular, daily schedule.
  • Receiving incoming product from the manufacturer by counting, documenting and reporting totals received as well as rejected items.
  • Creating packing slips and ASNs, for wholesale orders.
  • Expected active participation in meetings and company wide events.
