As a Design Consultant, your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients towards elevating their games' KPIs through best practice advice. Engage in a spectrum of responsibilities, from playtesting games, innovating design strategies, to turning game data into actionable insights as part of our comprehensive game teardown service.

What You'll Be Doing
 

• Work closely with clients, offering tailored advice to improve their games.
• Collaborate with Unity analysts to make informed game design suggestions.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to share results and findings.
• Stay updated with gaming market trends and opportunities.
• Occasionally contribute to blogs, articles, and other industry-related materials.
   

What We're Looking For
 

• Solid experience in game design roles.
• Good understanding of data-driven design approaches.
• Strong communication skills to clearly share ideas and findings.
• Knowledge of various revenue models in the gaming industry, such as premium pricing ad monetization and micro-transactions.
   

You might also have
 

• Experience in game economy design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX and accessibility best practices.
• Experience in live-ops management.
• SQL database experience
