Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of general liability and civil defense matters, including:

  • Professional Liability (healthcare providers, insurance agents, brokers, real estate agents, engineers, and more).

  • General Liability claims such as slip-and-fall cases and premises liability.

  • Catastrophic Personal Injury matters, including complex construction site cases.

• Handle litigation from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trials.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and experts to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Maintain strong communication and advocacy both in writing and in court.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in California.

• 4+ years of employment litigation experience (minimum 1+ years considered).

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
