THE ROLE

The General Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all operational aspects of the manufacturing facility
• Driving growth and P&L performance across the business
• Enhancing productivity through automation and lean initiatives
• Leading ERP and financial system implementations
• Managing and developing a team of 25 employees
• Supporting acquisition integration and growth efforts
• Acting as the commercial lead for strategic customer expansion
