Global Internal Communications Leader

I’m working with a globally renowned firm to hire a Global Internal Communications Leader to own the business line strategy, messaging and internal story to support further business growth.

The Global Internal Communications Leader will:

• Oversee the development of global internal communications and engagement plans and messaging in support of the business priorities
• Work alongside the area and regional internal comms teams to align and implement global programs at a regional level to deliver greater impact
• Develop and execute internal communications programs bringing them to life by creating engaging initiatives blended with more traditional channels
• Work alongside the wider marketing and communications team to implement business wide plans
• Operate as a senior leader within the business, offering strong strategic direction

Required skills and experience:

• Extensive experience within the internal communications space, this must have been gained in a Global / Matrix organization
• Team leadership and management experience
• Experience within professional services / financial services / corporate setting, operating within a matrix structure is a mandatory for this position
• Exposure to global working and teams would be beneficial
• Strong written and verbal English
