Responsibilities

• Create/maintain schedule and calendar for EVP of Global Partnerships (thoughtfully coordinate between multiple time zones, send calendar invites, book conference rooms, etc.)
• Prepare for executive meetings (create pitch/update/status decks, compile agenda, book screening rooms on the lot, etc.)
• Serve as a key daily point of contact for external partners and internal teams working on the development and operations of creative and innovative campaigns across the entire project lifecycle
• Organization, distribution, and management of creative, props and production assets for all Location Based Entertainment projects
• Track status of projects and support team projects as needed, including taking notes, preparing documents and presentation materials, etc.
• Processes and tracks billing, expense reports, etc.
• Books complex travel, both domestic and international (experience with visa regulations helpful)
• Screens and responds to incoming calls and follows up on outgoing calls
• Disperse executive documents, as well as creating and maintaining files (electronic and hard copy)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Common sense, dependability, discretion, and attention to detail are required
• Must be a self-starter with a team-player attitude
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be flexible – an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revision
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (photoshop) desired
