Global Sales Enablement Leader

 

Description:

Archer is seeking a Senior Manager, Enablement, who will be responsible for increasing the productivity of all Sales and Business Development teams. Within this role, you will lead the implementation of sales training methodology, structure quarterly training programs, implement individual development plans, facilitate sales leadership development, and implement standardized onboarding processes for all sales roles.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Establishes short-term and long-term strategies for the organization and oversees the implementation of those strategies by all team members.
  • Provides direction and oversees the activities of subordinate and matrix leaders.
  • Leads the integration of complex business factors and new work processes to develop and implement long-term strategic training programs, policies, and procedures to support and achieve business objectives.
  • Viewed both internally and externally as an expert in learning and development research, learning and theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Resolves customer satisfaction issues by negotiating with other departments, speaking with customers, examining, and redefining policies, and monitoring reports, etc.
  • Manages virtual teams in partnership with other organizations, acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve problems.
  • Conducts reviews on projects, courses, and classes, and provides feedback while managing a large or complex development program or set of training programs.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of organizational budgets and conducts on-going business improvement.
  • Provides oversight for strategic development of programs and practices to identify developmental opportunities.
  • Collaborates with executives to identify training needs and develop strategic programs to best address requirements while initiating on-going business improvement reviews and identifies resources to lead such activities.
  • Regularly leads discussions with senior leadership concerning emerging strategic initiatives Conducts reviews on projects, courses, and classes, and provides feedback.

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or related field, preferably in a software/technology company.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies for effective teaching and instruction across various backgrounds, cultures, and geographies.
  • Preferred: Experience accommodating neurodiverse individuals and adapting to different learning styles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with training assessment tools and evaluation for effective learning outcomes is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
