Pinnacle Talent Recruiter, LLC is seeking an experienced Global Trade Compliance Manager to support a leading organization in the aerospace and defense industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a trade compliance professional to work directly with defense business leaders, supporting domestic and international business opportunities while ensuring compliance with complex U.S. and global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement trade compliance strategies for defense business operations.
✅ Provide guidance on U.S. and international import/export regulations.
✅ Support export license applications, authorizations, and Technology Control Plans.
✅ Manage commodity and technology classifications.
✅ Collaborate with Business Development, Supply Chain, Contracts, Engineering, Finance, and senior leadership.
✅ Support trade compliance investigations, projects, acquisitions, and divestitures.
✅ Help drive process improvements, metrics, and automation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
✔️ 7+ years of direct import/export compliance experience.
✔️ 3+ years of program or project management experience.
✔️ Strong knowledge of U.S. export/import regulations, including ITAR, EAR, ATF, and OFAC.
✔️ Experience in defense, aerospace, or manufacturing environments preferred.
✔️ Familiarity with SAP, GTS, SNAP-R, DECCS, or other trade compliance systems is highly desirable.
✔️ Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
