Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in department rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of terminal operations across multiple areas such as Operations, Technical, Commercial, Finance, HSE, and IT.

  • Support teams in day-to-day tasks, contributing to operational efficiency and project outcomes.

  • Attend workshops, training sessions, and skill development programs to build technical and soft skills.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges using Lean principles.

  • Receive continuous guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback from supervisors and senior professionals.

  • Learn and apply relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety practices.

  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative perspectives to support APM Terminals’ commitment to continuous improvement.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in a recognized university (minimum four semesters completed) or a recent graduate.

  • Age requirement: Between 18 and 25 years at the time of application.

  • Academic requirement: Minimum GPA of 3.0 (both last semester and cumulative GPA).

  • Must provide a recommendation letter from the university confirming suitability for the internship.

  • Must be available to work full-time during the internship period.

  • Must hold a valid national ID, passport, or driver’s license.

  • Strong interest in logistics, global trade, and supply chain management.

  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a multicultural, dynamic work environment.
