Description:

Under the general direction of the VP of Marketing and Communications, this position’s responsibility
is to aid in the production, design, and layout of OETA’s printed monthly newsletter, “Odyssey”. Other
work includes general graphic design needs, proofreading, and data entry. Additional responsibilities
may include production design for web, social media, and/or print.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute marketing initiatives across various channels – print, web, social, e-mail, digital media.
  • Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas.
  • Design and layout visually compelling campaigns and creative projects to implement across all

channels to retain and attract new viewers.

  • Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content that aligns with OETA’s brand voice.
  • Create visually appealing e-mail campaigns.
  • Editing and proofreading marketing content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications Team, as well as other key organization

personnel to execute and implement new ideas.

  • Manage and maintain project deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of creativity
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to proofread copy for errors.
