Graphic Designer

Description:

You will be joining a fun, creative team of Designers and Photographers in a high-volume, fast paced Studio environment in our Smithfield, RI office.

Your ability to be successful in this role requires executing creative vision within tight deadlines. You are proactive, self-motivated and adaptable. You enjoy collaborating within a team environment, but are also able to work independently. You’re able to clearly communicate, follow through with assigned tasks and be flexible to change gears quickly while maintaining a positive attitude. Overall, you enjoy a work environment that will challenge you creatively, is team focused, project driven and collaborative! Creativity and a deep understanding and interest in digital branding are critical to this role.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ideation, creation, and development of digital ad design
• Creation of animated graphics for digital ads
• Ideation, creation, and development of email design
• Ideation, creation, and development of web page design

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (Digital Graphic Design preferred)
• Minimum 1-3 years of Graphic Design experience
• Expert-level fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) and FIGMA
• Experience and understanding of website design best practices, including responsive and mobile first design
• Proficiency in preparing artwork for print and web
• Strong visual communication and editing skills
• Clear, concise, and thorough communication skills
• Ability to manage and complete short and long-term projects effectively and as efficiently as possible
• Demonstrated ability to work with all internal levels within a given organization
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high profile, high pressure environment effectively
