Primary Responsibilities

  • Concept, Design and Deliver Collaterals for Use Across All Communications Channels, Including Electronic, Print, Web Applications, Video and Social Media
  • Ensure the Company's Brand Identity is Consistent in Brochures, Flyers, Emails, Web Page Designs, Infographics, etc.
  • Collaborate Across Departments to Produce Culturally Relevant and User Centered Communications and Campaigns
  • Develop Client-Specific Promotional Concepts Based on Culture and Utilization Data
  • Maintain Responsibility for Print and Electronic Communications Distribution Schedules
  • Work with Print Vendors to Manage Production Schedules and Delivery of Materials

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Three (3) Years of Professional Marketing and Communications Experience as an In-House Designer
  • Keen Eye for Design and Evolving Design Trends Evidenced in a Strong Portfolio
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace and Constant Contact
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including Creative and Written Competencies
  • High Sense of Personal Accountability and Ownership
  • Self-Motivated, Organized and Detail-Oriented
