Description:

What You'll Do

  • Create (concept through completion) high-quality, compelling designs for:

    • Web and mobile apps

    • Large-format graphics

    • Interactive documents

    • Proposals and presentations

    • Multimedia pieces

    • Traditional print and other creative / marketing materials

  • Thinking strategically, create and execute bespoke design solutions and constantly raise the creative bar

  • Understand and serve client business needs, both working independently and in collaboration with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Creative Production Coordinators and cross-departmental teams
  • Communicate strategy concisely and confidently, design concepts and creative ideas for internal and external partners / clients, and effectively articulate rationale for design decisions
  • Contribute to the evolution of our current brand portfolio while assisting in future brand development

  • Manage multiple projects at once while meeting all deadlines

  • Prioritize work to accommodate tight timelines required by clients in both Eastern and Pacific time zones
  • Ensure brand consistency while offering fresh approaches to creative deliverables
  • Provide image retouching and manipulation
  • Package and prepare files for release to printers

  • Maintain production files, including fonts, images, logos and other artwork

  • Develop motion graphics for use in video and web solutions
  • Keep up to date with trends across culture, design, technology, e-commerce, social media, graphic and motion graphic design, photography and video
    • Propose new ideas based on these trends
    • Share insights with the team
