Central Washington University is recruiting a Graphic Designer to join our Enrollment Management team in Ellensburg, Washington. This role is an important member of our team as they will set the design tone for Enrollment Management, including Admissions, Orientation, and Financial Aid, as well as partner university units. This position will design assets for marketing to and communicating with prospective and current students, focusing on recruiting and the incoming student experience for the University. The role is a campus-based position, which means you get to see the lives you are impacting. We're offering a salary, depending on experience, $46,980 - $61,632 annually plus the awesome CWU benefits.

Enrollment Management Marketing is a department that supports the marketing and communications needs of Enrollment Management including Admissions, Financial Aid, Orientation, and Early College Outreach among other areas. We strive to offer high-quality, innovative marketing and communication support to enhance the student experience and to help recruit prospective students to CWU.

The Graphic Designer for Enrollment Management Marketing will set the design tone for Enrollment Management, including Admissions, Orientation, and Financial Aid, as well as partner university units. This position will design assets for marketing to and communicating with prospective and current students, focusing on recruiting and the incoming student experience. Assets will include print and digital publications and promotional materials, email campaign designs, assets for comprehensive marketing campaigns, and social media collateral. Under the supervision of the Marketing and Communications Manager for Enrollment Management Marketing, the Graphic Designer will design cohesive campaigns and marketing collateral for Enrollment Management and will work closely with the marketing and design team, which includes full-time staff and student staff. This position will lead the student team and provide mentorship, training, and contribute to a supportive and educational learning environment.
